Hillside makes me think of Cheers! It’s a place where a group of locals meet to drink, sing and have fun.
The original idea came from a group of friends that loved to sing and who interacted like a family, hoping to find a place where they could all feel at home, kick back and sing their hearts out. They considered making a small game room out in an old building that once housed a tanning business. After they set up all the karaoke equipment and started singing a continuous stream of new people kept arriving. They knew from that point that this could be a striving business… That’s how this little place on the side of a hill came to exist today. Almost all the original group is still patrons today.
